Yampa Valley Chili

Rich, thick and meaty. Made with local beef, bison, bacon and sausage. tomatoes, onions, chilis, sweet peppers, mixed beans and more. with a slight BBQ style it will please the milder palate and can include mix~in spice packages to bring up the temp for the spicy-er folks! All of this comes with sour cream, shredded cheese, honey cornbread, a large spring-mix salad and ranch dressing. Meals are 8+ hearty servings.
